This globular cluster in Aquarius is around 55,000 lightyears distant and has a diameter of 175 lightyears. It is one of the largest globular clusters orbiting our galaxy.
This image is the result of 1h 30m of RGB data capture from Horsham, over 2 evenings in November 2025. A ZWO ASI2600MM Pro camera was used, through an 8-inch Teleskop-Service Ritchey-Chretien reflector.
