Modified Canon 1100D through an Altair Astro Starwave 70mm ED refractor with AA Field Flattener. A Hutech IDAS-LPS-V4 nebula filter was used.
A total of 16 x 2 min exposures at ISO 400.
The Rosette Nebula (described by separate designations NGC 2237, 2238, 2239 and 2246 – but usually identified as NGC 2237) is at the centre of the image,. The open cluster NGC 2244 is in the centre of the Rosette.
